MAINTENANCE REPORT FORM


Everything we do at B-G&G Investors' Apartment Communities is about your satisfaction. Our ‘WE CARE’ philosophy means that we want to fix any maintenance problems in your apartment (regardless of how small) as quickly as possible.

In order for us maintain our high standards, we require Residents to report in writing any needed repairs or problems in their apartment as soon as the ‘problem’ occurs or is noticed.  For non-emergency problems you may stop by the management office or complete the Maintenance Issues form below!

Remember that our maintenance staff is available 24-hours in case of emergencies!  In the event that emergency repairs are needed (broken pipes, stopped-up toilets/sinks, or roof leaks), you must notify us of the problem by telephone within 1 hour of the initial discovery of the occurrence.  It is your responsibility to do everything possible to reduce damage to the apartment and your personal property (i.e., attempt to dry the carpet, clean up standing water, and move personal items away from the problem). If the emergency occurs when the office is closed, dial the office number. The answering service will contact a member of the maintenance staff immediately who will call you back.
