This is excellent for us and we thank all those who have referred your family, friends, business colleagues and others.But, just a “thank you” isn't quite enough from us. That’s why we've implemented a referral program. Our referral program is quite simple, You Refer People To Us . . . WE REWARD YOU!!!
We'll give you a $75 credit on your next month’s rent for each individual you refer who signs a one-year lease at Degas Manor, Monet Place or Monet Manor. Your 'friend' must mention that you referred him BEFORE he signs the lease for you to receive the reward.
Thereis NO LIMIT to the number of referral fees you can receive! Referral Cards: In order to make the process easier, we have referral cards in the office.You can simply write your name on the card before you give it to a friend.(You may pick up more referral cards in the office any time.)The card is the perfect size to fit into a wallet.Remind your referral to give it to a staff member before he signs the lease.We’ll contact you no later than three days after your friend moves into his new apartment and verify the $75 credit on your next month’s rent.
